De associatie van een langwerkend b<sub>2<\/sub>-mimeticum en een langwerkend anticholinergicum is enkel zinvol indien \u00e9\u00e9n van deze twee bestanddelen onvoldoende doeltreffend is. De ongewenste effecten zijn deze van de twee bestanddelen.
